PANCAKE DAY

Pancake Day is on the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. It is in February or at the beginning of March, six weeks before Easter.
In Britain, people eat pancakes on Pancake Day. In some towns there are pancake races. People run through the streets holding frying pans with pancakes. Each runner throws the pancake into the air and catches in the pan.

PANCAKE RECIPE

I need:
Milk
Flour
Eggs
Oil
Salt

1. Mix some flour, salt and an egg in a bowl.
2. Stir ther mixture and add a glass of milk.
3. Put some mixture in a frying pan and cook one side of the pancake.
4. Toss the pancake and cook the other side.
5. Put some sugar and lemon on the pancake and eat it.
